+ State Certificate Fee: $10.00 per page
+ Notary Fee (if needed): $10.00 per stamp
+ UPS Fee: $10.00 next beunessess day before noon
+ UPS Fee: $10.00 overnight
If you located in the Hampton Roads area a Notary will come to you to review, pickup, notarize your documents if need on the spot. Prepare the required State documents that required by the Secretary of the Commion Wealth. Your completed document will be mailed using the UPS services you select on the very same day.
